The short version of what LostMySon is, and what it is not.
A helper, not an emergency service
The keychain and the safety page are a convenience tool to help a lost child be reunited with their guardians. They do not replace the police, paramedics or any local emergency number. In a real emergency, always call your local authorities first.
Limits of our responsibility
We are not liable for outcomes that result from using or misusing the product, from information a parent entered incorrectly or left out of date, or from the choices and actions of whoever finds the keychain. Phones, networks and browsers can also fail — please do not rely on the keychain as your only safety plan.
Accounts and keychains
Accounts are for parents and legal guardians registering their own children. Each keychain belongs to one account and can be reassigned between your own children at any time from your dashboard. Please don't register someone else's child.
Shipping and refunds
Our final shipping and refund policy is still being written. In the meantime, email support@lostmyson.com with any order question and we'll sort it out with you directly.
